Motion Graphics Designer

The Motion Graphics Designer plays a crucial role in our creative team, responsible for producing visually compelling and effective motion graphics for various digital platforms. This role is vital in driving brand awareness, engaging our target audience, and enhancing the overall visual appeal of our content.

Key responsibilities

• Create and design motion graphics for marketing videos, social media content, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and brand guidelines.
• Develop storyboards, conceptualize ideas, and present design concepts to various stakeholders.
• Utilize Adobe After Effects and other design software to produce high-quality motion graphics.
• Incorporate visual effects, animation, and typography to enhance the storytelling process.
• Ensure timely delivery of motion graphics projects, meeting project deadlines and quality standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and innovative techniques in motion graphic design.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align motion graphics with overall branding and marketing strategies.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for content development.
• Manage and organize digital assets, including video and audio files, for easy accessibility and future use.
• Work closely with the video production team to integrate motion graphics seamlessly into video content.
• Contribute to creating a consistent visual identity across all digital platforms and marketing materials.
• Provide input and feedback on improving design processes and optimizing workflow efficiency.
• Adhere to company guidelines and industry standards for design, copyright, and intellectual property.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in motion graphics design, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, and typography.
• Knowledge of 3D animation and compositing software, such as Cinema 4D or Maya, is a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics work, demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to evolving priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
• Understanding of video production processes, including video formats, codecs, and resolution requirements.
