Job Description

As an On-page SEO Specialist, you will lead the creation and execution of detailed SEO content briefs for hub articles, focusing on affiliate marketing, gaming news, and product recommendations. This includes reviewing written content, performing keyword research and competitive analysis, and collaborating with editorial and CRO teams to align content with SEO goals. You will also monitor content performance, stay updated on SEO best practices, and troubleshoot on-page SEO issues. The role involves crafting SEO-focused content briefs and ensuring high visibility in search results for the gaming audience.
Must have:
  • 2+ years of SEO experience with SEO brief creation.
  • Solid understanding of on-page SEO best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills for research and competitor analysis.
  • Ability to craft SEO-focused content briefs.
  • Experience with SEO tools like Google Search Console and Ahrefs.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation and execution of detailed SEO content briefs for hub articles, with a strong focus on affiliate marketing, gaming news, and product recommendations.
  • Review written on-page SEO content in alignment with brief guidelines.
  • Perform independent, comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis to ensure all briefs are data-driven, optimized for search rankings, and aligned with current industry trends.
  • Work collaboratively with editorial and CRO teams to ensure content aligns with SEO goals while maintaining quality, clarity, and relevance for gaming audiences.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of published content, focusing on rankings and traffic.
  • Stay up to date with SEO best practices and changes in search algorithms, specifically within the gaming vertical, to ensure content remains competitive and highly visible.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-page SEO issues to maintain optimal search engine compatibility.


Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as an SEO specialist, with proven expertise in SEO brief creation within blog or content-driven platforms, ideally within affiliate marketing, product recommendations, or editorial.
  • Solid understanding of on-page SEO best practices, including keyword research, content optimization, interlinking, metadata creation, and user experience principles.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to independently conduct thorough research and competitor analysis to inform brief structure and identify new opportunities.
  • Proven ability to craft SEO-focused content briefs that balance both user experience and technical SEO requirements.
  • Experience using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SurferSEO, with a focus on analyzing and improving content performance.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously, with keen attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.


€26,400 - €31,080 a year
*Salary ranges may vary. We’re seeking candidates with varied experience levels; from individual contributors to functional leaders in this space.
*We’re an international team and our business language of choice is English. Good English level is required, proficiency is preferred.
