We’re hiring a Paid Media Specialist (Social, Search) for an on-site role in Culver City, California. This is a 12-month contract with the potential for extension.
You’ll join the Media team of a Fortune 500 entertainment client, where a strong commitment to professional development and open communication fosters a supportive and empowering work environment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end management of programmatic campaigns, including setup, quality assurance, and optimization, while collaborating closely with performance pod teams, agency partners, and data teams.
Paid Media Specialist (Social, Search) Responsibilities:
Oversee the delivery and trafficking of creative assets, ensuring accurate campaign setup and implementation across platforms.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish seamless first-party data integration for campaign targeting.
Monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement changes in collaboration with the team.
Maintain comprehensive campaign documentation for both pre-launch and post-campaign analysis.
Paid Media Specialist (Social, Search) Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience managing paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Search.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, Pivot Graphs, and Data Tables.
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
In-depth understanding of the digital media and marketing landscape, with a particular focus on addressable media.
Proven track record in planning, managing, and optimizing paid social and programmatic campaigns across multiple performance platforms.
Expertise in biddable media planning, strategy, and optimization techniques.
Demonstrated experience with programmatically-bought paid social media advertising.
Proficiency in using DoubleClick DSP or other third-party tracking solutions.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with competing priorities.
