We are looking for a professional to join our team. This position is a hybrid role that requires working 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. The professional will be responsible for managing a client portfolio, handling endorsements, billing, and maintaining the insurance program, including policy issuance, review, and confirmation.
We count on you to:
- Administer and manage a client portfolio, including the inclusion, exclusion, modifications, and collections related to policies.
- Perform the activation, review, and confirmation of policy issuance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements.
- Handle billing processes and maintenance of the insurance program, ensuring correct information updates.
- Provide customer service, resolving inquiries and supporting the management of policies and endorsements.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure service quality and compliance with project objectives.
What you need to have:
- Professional Degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.
- Knowledge in P&C insurance (all risk, transport, merchandise, RC, IRF).
- Intermediate Excel proficiency and advanced English level.
- Availability to work in a 3x2 hybrid scheme.
