Plarium is an international developer of award-winning mobile and desktop games.
We are looking for talented Player Support Agents to work with our external support team for players of RAID: Shadow Legends, a mobile MMORPG that combines battle collection mechanics and cutting-edge graphics in a dark fantasy setting. Our flagship title is enjoyed by more than 100 million players worldwide — you can find it on iOS, Android, and PC/Mac.
The position includes 8 weeks of training, Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 18:30 (Kyiv time, GMT+3).
After training, shifts alternate every two weeks:
Morning shift: 08:00 – 16:30
Day shift: 11:30 – 20:00
Days off (Friday–Saturday or Sunday–Monday) are determined after the probation period.
Investigating player-reported game issues and responding to users’ questions
Processing bug reports and creating technical reports
Cooperating with the development, testing, and game design teams
English language skills at the Advanced level (all communication within the team is conducted in English)
Fluency in Ukrainian
Interest in games and an understanding of game mechanics
Effective communication skills and understanding of customer communication principles
Time management skills and the ability to multitask
A laptop or PC and the ability to work during power outages
Ukrainian citizenship or a work permit for Ukraine
MMORPG gaming experience
Knowledge of software testing and a deep understanding of the principles of bug report creation
Cooperation under a gig contract
