Capco is seeking a Process Analyst in Rio de Janeiro for a hybrid role. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in project coordination and management, with expertise in project management software, advanced Office Suite, MS Project, SAP, and BI tools. Responsibilities include preparing reports, evaluating projects, process mapping, delivering executive presentations, and leading various forums. A higher education in Business, Administration, Law, Engineering, Production, or Construction is required.
Must have:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in project coordination and management.
  • Experience with Project Management software.
  • Advanced Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Proficiency in MS Project.
  • Knowledge of SAP System.
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
  • Higher education in Business, Administration, Law, Engineering, Production, or Construction.
  • Ability to prepare consolidated project reports and PMO controls.
  • Skill in verifying and evaluating projects, identifying deviations, and proposing mitigation actions.
  • Capability to perform process mapping and modeling.
  • Experience in delivering executive presentations and representing management in forums.
  • Aptitude for conducting periodic management meetings for contract status reporting.
  • Competence in preparing indicator reports for monthly critical analysis meetings.
  • Capacity to organize and lead forums for suppliers, planners, consultants, and leaders.
  • Ability to consolidate and disseminate project lessons learned.
  • Skill in recording and monitoring monthly project performance.
  • Support the dissemination of best practices and work standards.
  • Control deliverables in all project phases, ensuring quality and deadlines.
  • Train teams in tools and work processes.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in project coordination and management supporting project teams;
  • Experience in Project Management software;
  • Advanced Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point);
  • MS Project;
  • SAP System;
  • Project Management software;
  • Business Intelligence (BI) tools.

EDUCATION

  • Education Level: Higher education in Business, Administration, Law, Engineering, Production, and Construction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare reports consolidating project information and PMO controls;
  • Verify and evaluate projects, based on a methodology implemented by the CONTRACTED PARTY, in addition to identifying potential deviations and proposing mitigation actions;
  • Perform process mapping and modeling;
  • Deliver executive presentations and represent management in strategic, tactical, and operational forums.
  • Conduct periodic management meetings for contract status reporting;
  • Prepare reports with indicators for monthly critical analysis meetings;
  • Organize and lead forums for suppliers, planners, consultants, and leaders;
  • Consolidate and disseminate project lessons learned;
  • Record and monitor monthly project performance, highlighting progress, risks, solutions, and challenges;
  • Support the dissemination of best practices and work standards;
  • Control deliverables in all project phases, ensuring quality and timely completion;
  • Train teams in tools and work processes;
  • Evaluate projects based on implemented methodologies, identifying deviations and proposing mitigation actions;
  • Represent management in strategic, tactical, and operational forums.
