Job Description
Nexters is seeking an experienced Product Analyst to join the Hero Wars team, focusing on supporting the strategic development of the product and enhancing the quality of product decisions through expanded analytics capacity. Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive research and experiments, formulating and validating hypotheses, and providing data-driven recommendations. The role also involves collecting and analyzing data to inform decision-making, creating and maintaining essential reports and dashboards, and actively participating in A/B testing and other experimental initiatives to drive product improvements.

Must Have:
- Conducting research and experiments: formulating hypotheses, developing decision-making frameworks, validating hypotheses, and providing recommendations
- Collecting and analyzing data to support decision-making
- Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards
- Participating in A/B testing and experiments
- Experience in product analytics (5+ years)
- Experience in formulating and testing statistical hypotheses
- Skills in Python, SQL, BI systems (we're using Tableau), DataBricks
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team

Product Analyst

- Experience in product analytics (5+ years), gaming industry experience (nice-to-have, but not necessary)
- Experience in formulating and testing statistical hypotheses
- Skills in Python, SQL, BI systems (we're using Tableau), DataBricks
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
