Job Description

The candidate will support the process of collecting and registering the necessary supporting documents for the preparation of funding proposals (national and European). In this context, they will communicate with the respective departments of the company (technical, financial, human resources, etc.) to gather CVs, financial data, declarations, certificates, and other accompanying documents. They will be responsible for the correct entry of these into draft proposals, submission platforms, or internal files.

At the same time, they will contribute to the design of work distribution and project team scheduling, as well as administrative support during the implementation of approved projects. This includes monitoring administrative procedures, maintaining records, communicating with partners and funding bodies, and collaborating with the R&D Manager and the Head of the Research Sector for the smooth progress of projects. Specifically:

• Support in the administrative management of existing research projects (EU / National)
• Collection and organization of material for project reports and audits according to instructions
• Collaboration with consortium members for data collection during proposal writing or project implementation
• Support in creating proposal files and managing related archives
• Assistance in organizing project meetings and preparing relevant documentation

Qualifications

• Higher Education Degree (AEI/TEI) - preferably in Informatics
• Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
• Good familiarity with project management co-funded by EU or national programs - previous experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in using computers and basic office tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Docs)

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar position 3-5 years
• Knowledge of European R&D programs (Horizon, Digital Europe, etc.)
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good knowledge of public procurement in Greece and/or the EU
• Knowledge of another European language (e.g., French or Italian) will be considered an additional asset
