Job Description

The Sales Assistant / Admin Assistant provides comprehensive support to the Sales team, managing various tasks to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include managing customer portals, coordinating QA activities, handling PCN management, approving new components, entering and tracking opportunities, managing S&D and leads, tracking projects, and managing forecasts. The role also involves maintaining accounts, generating sales reports, conducting data analysis, and providing event support. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.
Must have:
  • Provide support to the Sales team.
  • Manage Customer portals.
  • QA coordination.
  • Excellent skill in Excel and reports.
  • Good communication in both English and Chinese languages.

•            Provide the full spectrum of support to Sales team

Requirements/Education
•            Bachelor’s degree preferred
•            Minium of 2-4 years of related experience  
•            Excellent skill in Excel and reports
•            Good communication in both English and Chinese languages
•            A high-energy team player, with the ability to relate well both with internal points of contact and externally with customers
•            Focused, tenacious personality with drive and high energy. Can-do attitude.
•            Ability to multitask, handle many parallel inquires with changing priorities
