Job Description
SOFTSWISS is hiring an ERP Accountant (1C Implementation Specialist) to join our Finance Team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive ERP Accountant to drive the configuration and implementation of the 1C ERP system, oversee bookkeeping processes, and ensure accurate financial and management reporting across our group of companies. You will be responsible for configuring and implementing the 1C ERP system to support accurate and efficient accounting processes across the group of companies, ensuring reliable financial reporting, streamlined workflows, and continuous improvement of business operations.
Good To Have:
- Experience working in a group of companies or multi-entity environment.
- Fluency in both English and Russian (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
- Familiarity with statutory accounting and external audit coordination.
Must Have:
- Configure and implement the 1C ERP system to support group-wide accounting processes.
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping, including posting transactions and maintaining accurate records.
- Prepare management reports and ensure compliance with internal financial standards.
- Oversee statutory accounting activities performed by external providers, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments.
- Proven experience working with ERP systems, preferably 1C.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in international companies.
- Solid knowledge of management accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with accounting system implementation and process automation is a strong advantage.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data analysis.

Purpose of the role:
