Seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Planning and Data Analyst with deep expertise in financial operations and business finance. The ideal candidate will possess advanced proficiency in analytical tools to drive data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities include analyzing financial data, identifying trends, providing actionable insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing and maintaining dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and SQL, automating data workflows with Alteryx, supporting process improvement, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and corporate policies.
Good To Have:
  • Experience in a multinational or matrixed organization.
  • Hands on experience in SAP.
Must Have:
  • Analyze financial data (TB, B/S & Operational data), identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business finance initiatives and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
  • Automate data workflows and financial models using Alteryx and other tools.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and projects with scenario building.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and corporate policies.
  • 8–10 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in finance operations and business finance.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Power query, SQL, and Alteryx.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills and building process work-flow diagrams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • For Expert level: 8–10 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in finance operations and business finance.
