Job Description
Senior Product Analyst needed to help a top-10 mobile game reach the top 5. Responsibilities include prioritizing tasks for a mini-team, analyzing player data, evaluating feature performance, supporting A/B testing, designing metrics frameworks, predicting player retention, and managing the A/B testing framework. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of B2C or gaming product analytics experience, expertise in A/B testing, strong hypothesis generation skills, and fluency in Russian. Proficiency in SQL, Python (pandas, scipy), Tableau, and Git is required.

Our ambitious new goal is to become one of the top five games in the genre, and we're seeking an experienced Product Analyst to help us reach this milestone. You'll have the opportunity to grow the game together with the producer and stream owners, prioritize features and evaluate a roadmap.

Position at
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize tasks for mini-team of product analysts.
- Analyze player interaction data and identify unusual behavior patterns.
- Evaluate the performance of game features and provide actionable insights.
- Support hypothesis development and goal setting for A/B testing scenarios.
- Design frameworks for metrics and dashboards to facilitate easy analysis and visualization.
- Predict trends in player retention and key product metrics to influence product development.
- Take ownership of game feature evaluations, including managing the A/B testing framework.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2C or gaming product analytics.
- Expertise in conducting various A/B tests and applying alternative evaluation methods for product changes.
- Strong skills in hypothesis generation, formulation, and execution.
- High level of team and product immersion, with the ability and willingness to work closely with the product team.
- Fluent Russian.
Skills and Tools
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (pandas, scipy), Tableau, and Git.
- Strong analytical reporting and data visualization skills.
- Knowledge of mathematical statistics.
- Experience with databases, data warehousing, and information systems.
- Skills in developing mathematical/simulation models are a plus.
