Job Description

T-Systems ICT India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior SAP Tester to prepare and execute test specifications for software/telecommunications products, manage test databases, and perform automated tests. The role requires strong manual testing experience in HCM, Employee Central, Time Management, and Payroll, along with involvement in Agile teams and clear English communication. Responsibilities include user acceptance testing, regression testing, and working with traceability matrices.

Automation testing is an additional advantage.

Must Have:

Prepare and carry out test specifications for services, applications, and network components.
Provide a consistent test database, including data migration and evaluation of test results.
Define and carry out simple automated tests and perform standard programming.
Evaluate and execute simple tests prior to functional live operations.
Very good testing experience in HCM and Employee Central.
Involved in writing and executing test cases.
Manual testing is mandatory.
Experience working in Agile teams.
Clear English communication.
User acceptance testing experience.
Regression testing experience.
Experience with Transability matrix.
Participation in Agile ceremonies.
Expertise in HCM (Time management, Payroll, Employee Central).

Job Description

Preparing simple test specifications and carrying out tests of services, applications, and network components for existing or new software/telecommunications products or components in the task field

Providing a consistent test database including data migration and evaluation of the test results

Defining and carrying out simple automated tests and performing standard programming for them

Evaluating and executing simple tests prior to the start of functional live operations

We are looking very good testing experience in HCM, Employee central etc. One should be involved in writing and Executing test cases. Manual testing is mandatory. Automation testing is additional advantage. one should have worked in Agile teams. English communication should be very clear.

Qualifications

You have a degree in computer science or similar or completed vocational training in conjunction with several years of professional experience in the field of Product Quality Assurance/Testing.
