Requirements and responsibilities
As a Software Architect, you will be at the forefront of software initiatives, playing a crucial role and leading by example.
What you’ll do:
- Driving alignment, integration, and simplification across products and teams;
- Documentation of design decisions and development of technical specifications;
- Good knowledge of software and Cloud design patterns;
- Ensuring the scalability and performance of the developed solutions;
- Knowledge of designing, implementing, and working with DevOps systems;
- Making technical proposals, driving collaboration and consensus across teams;
- Identify opportunities for improvement of services, processes, and teams;
- Exposing technologies and organizational needs to senior leadership;
- Influencing product strategy.
What you'll bring:
- Completed studies in computer science, software technology, or a comparable area;
- You worked in an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment;
- Experience with AI projects;
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in both English and/or German;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Experience with code reviews and technical discussions;
- Experience with mentoring and coaching;
- Analytical thinking, commitment, and high-quality awareness;
- Team-oriented and strong team collaboration;
- IT architecture, infrastructure and cloud development (Azure/AWS/GCP);
- Engineering and software architecture design;
- DevOps Design (IaC);
- System and data security;
- Business analysis techniques and processes;
- Database management (relational and nonrelational);
- In-depth knowledge of coding language(s) (Java, Javascript/Typescript).
