Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Director will lead the development and implementation of business-focused Talent Acquisition strategies, engaging with leadership to understand staffing requirements. This role involves sourcing and assessing candidates for specialized and executive positions, providing strategic advice on recruiting, and collaborating with HR partners. The director will monitor staffing outcomes, analyze critical needs, and lead regional or global TA programs, including campus recruiting initiatives.

  • Engage with business leaders to understand staffing requirements.
  • Source, assess, and recommend candidates for specialized and executive positions.
  • Provide advice on appropriate Talent Acquisition strategies (traditional, early career, contracting).
  • Collaborate with HRBP, DEI, Global Workforce Management, and Learning & Development.
  • Monitor company-wide staffing outcomes and enhance organizational capability.
  • Analyze critical staffing needs, gaps, and issues, developing resolution strategies.
  • Lead regional and/or global Talent Acquisition programs, projects, and initiatives.
  • Analyze campus recruiting statistics and metrics.
  • BA/BS degree and 12+ years’ relevant experience.
  • Eligible for U.S. export control authorizations if required.

What success looks like in this role:

  • Engages with leadership to develop, implement and monitor business-focused Talent Acquisition strategies and priorities.
  • Engages with business leaders to understand evolving business and staffing requirements.
  • Sources, assesses and recommends candidates for the most highly specialized and difficult to attract positions, and for executive level positions.
  • Provides advice on appropriate Talent Acquisition strategies, including traditional sourcing / recruiting, early career and contracting management.
  • Collaborates with colleagues in HRBP, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Global Workforce Management, and Learning & Development to ensure proper alignment and focus of Talent Acquisition initiatives and priorities.
  • Monitors staffing outcomes company-wide to ensure effective focus and impact on enhancing overall organization capability.
  • Analyzes critical and materially impactful staffing needs, gaps and issues, engaging with leadership to develop resolution strategies.
  • Leads regional and/or global Talent Acquisition and/or broader programs, projects and initiatives as required.

Campus / Early Career

  • Analyzes campus recruiting statistics and metrics on an on-going basis, analyzes their strategic significance and provides trends to key stakeholders.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • BA/BS degree and 12+ years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Master’s degree preferred

This role may require access to export-controlled commodities and technology. Therefore, to conform to U.S. export control regulations, applicant should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government.
