Responsibilities include managing the full recruitment process (sourcing, interviewing, hiring), analyzing data to optimize processes, leading and motivating the recruitment team, collaborating with hiring managers, participating in budget planning, advising on recruitment matters, and ensuring legal compliance. The role requires strong communication, collaboration, and data analysis skills, along with experience in managing recruitment teams and applying Latvian labor laws.
