This Talent Acquisition Specialist role focuses on recruiting junior and entry-level positions for the company's new Prague office. Responsibilities include managing the full recruitment process, using key metrics to improve recruitment quality, collaborating with Employer Branding and Internal Communications teams to find optimal talent acquisition channels, proactively seeking new candidate outreach strategies, and pursuing ongoing professional development in recruitment. The successful candidate will play a key role in the launch and operation of the Prague studio, offering unique career advancement opportunities.

Zajišťovat náborový proces, hlavně pro juniorní a entry-level pozice;
Používat klíčové metriky k neustálému zlepšování procesu náboru a kvality nových kolegů;

Qualifications

Máš češtinu a angličtinu v malíku;
