This role requires a Technical Support Analyst II with over 5 years of experience in middleware maintenance and support, specifically focusing on IBM Integration Bus (IIB) and IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE). The candidate must be proficient in MQ, SOAP WebServices, Rest APIs, and ESQL. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and analytical tasks, with a willingness to work 24x7. Strong communication skills are essential. Telecom domain experience is mandatory, along with experience handling various message domains like XMLNSC, JSON, and SOAP.
Must Have:
  • 5+ years in middleware maintenance and support
  • IBM Integration Bus (IIB) and ACE proficiency
  • Proficiency in MQ, SOAP WebServices, Rest APIs, ESQL
  • Willing to work 24x7
  • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Good communication skills
