UX/UI Designer

Currently we are looking for a UX/ UI Designer to join our Product team. Full description of the position and requirements can be found below.

What You'll Do

• Be the team’s design leader by taking ownership of the design process — collaborating with product managers to assist in defining priorities and turn requirements into wireframes, mockups and prototypes.
• Design highly usable and delightful user interfaces, experiences, and visuals week in and week out as part of a product team; owning both UX and visual design responsibilities
• Design the game flow, concepts, new features
• Come up with new ideas, creative solutions
• Contribute to and help maintain our evolving design system and methodology with new ideas
• Develop and maintain mock-ups, usage scenarios, prototypes, specifications, navigation maps, and other design documents
• Participate in design reviews, team meetings and brainstorming sessions
• Prepare source files for development and supervise implemented design
• Present design work to teams and stakeholders
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet set deadlines
• Work both independently and as part of a team

What We're Looking For

• UX and UI Design (including responsive) experience in iGaming
• Working on projects that are connected with Mental Models, User Journey, Concept Maps.
• Creative, analytical, empirical, and empathetic approach to problem solving; meticulous attention to detail as well as strategic grasp of the “big picture”.
• Good knowledge of user-centred design principles, information and visual design best practices, including web standards and accessibility.
• Experience using Adobe Suite tool
• Understanding target audiences' needs, motivations, goals and translating them into creative concepts Experience within the following disciplines under the UX umbrella – Information Architecture, Interaction Design and Visual Design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant work experience is required with a strong, up to date portfolio showcasing UX and UI Design.
• Creativity, problem-solving, passion and attention to detail
• Ability to perform within tight deadlines
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage
