Job Description
This is a Senior 2D Artist position based in Inogate, Osaka, Japan. Responsibilities include character design, promotional art creation, and world-building suggestions. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in character design for anime or games, preferably in a lead role, and a proven track record of creating commercial art for AAA titles. The position is full-time with a 3-month probationary period and an initial 3-year contract, with the possibility of converting to a permanent position based on performance. The work hours are flexible (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM) with a 60-minute break, and the company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including full-time compensation, a complete weekly off, paid holidays, and various welfare and insurance benefits.

入社初年度は、入社月により期間按分付与。在籍年数踏まえて最大２２日
