This Role

We’re looking Account Executives (AE) to help us grow our law firm partnerships and scale revenue from the ground up. If you’re energized by fast growth, love building process from scratch, and want to close deals in a category-defining legal tech startup, this is your role.

You’ll own the full sales cycle — from demo to deal — while helping refine our GTM motion, narrative, and playbook.

  • Execute on a fast-growing pipeline in a company that’s already achieved strong product-market fit — turning demand into long-term, trusted partnerships.
  • Build trust at the top by becoming a strategic partner to managing partners, operations leads, and firm owners — helping them modernize how their practices operate.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from discovery to close, coordinating across various teams.
  • Collaborate to win by working cross-functionally to tailor solutions, refine messaging, and feed real client feedback into our roadmap.
  • Represent externally, attending legal tech events and industry conferences to showcase how we’re redefining how law firms work.

You Might Be a Fit if You:

  • Have 5-7 years in a client-facing, outbound sales or BD role.
  • Are an excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Are curious and eager to learn about legal tech and how law firms operate.
  • Have resilience and grit—comfortable hearing "no" and iterating fast.
  • Thrive in fast-moving, collaborative environments and want to grow quickly.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Proven experience in a closing sales role, with a strong track record of successfully acquiring new business and exceeding sales targets.
  • (Bonus) Have experience at a high-growth startup or familiarity with the legal industry.

Compensation:

$240,000 OTE
