Attentive is seeking a Mid Market Account Executive to join its high-performing sales organization. This role involves identifying, engaging, and closing new business within the Mid Market segment, selling multiple products like SMS, Email, and AI. The Account Executive will target C-suite and VP/Director level marketing contacts, build champions, and manage the sales cycle from preparation to close, collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is highly motivated with experience growing a book of business and a high-performance mindset.
Must Have
- Build Attentive’s Mid Market client base and sell multiple products (SMS, Email, AI)
- Target prospective customers at the C-suite and VP/Director level Marketing contacts
- Build champions with Business Cases, Mutual Action Plans
- Prepare, present, and close new business through virtual and in person meetings
- Effectively work cross-functionally with SDRs, Sales Engineers, Solutions Associates, and Customer Success
- At least 2-3 years experience as an Account Executive sales person
- Strong outbound motion and ability to self-source roughly 1/3 of pipeline
- Demonstrated experience consistently meeting and exceeding quota
- Experience managing the sales cycle across Salesforce.com or other CRM

About the Role
Attentive is seeking a Mid Market Account Executive to join our high performing sales organization! As an Account Executive, you will help identify, engage, and close new business, as part of our core Mid Market team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to sell multiple products and to make a big impact on top company-wide business initiatives. We are growing and looking for highly motivated individuals with experience growing out a book of business to join our team. What You’ll Accomplish
- Build Attentive’s Mid Market client base and be responsible for selling multiple products (SMS, Email, AI)

Your Expertise
- At least 2-3 years experience as an Account Executive sales person
- Experience working in a SaaS, MarTech, AdTech or startup preferred
- This role requires a strong outbound motion and the ability to self-source roughly 1/3 of your pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking efforts.
- Demonstrated experience consistently meeting and exceeding quota, with references
- Experience managing the sales cycle across Salesforce.com or other CRM

- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000 - $80,000 annually + bonus/commission + equity + benefits
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
