The Account Manager Junior will connect client needs with Experian's solutions, ensuring efficient sales and strong positioning in the market. This involves understanding client value chains, developing high-value proposals, and applying proprietary sales methodologies.

Job Description

The Fintech and Neobanks Segment groups 100% digital entities supervised and unsupervised by the Financial Superintendence. Within the segment, we have Neobanks, Lending Fintechs, BNPL, and Digital Wallets. The objective is to link new entities entering the market and deepen existing ones to boost their growth.

This person is responsible for linking new Fintechs and deepening existing ones to help them grow their business sustainably. They must know both internal and client processes to connect needs with solutions and achieve efficient and effective linking and sales.

  • Administer the relationship, opportunities, events, strategic information, and any other input that facilitates the company's positioning.
  • Leads training where, through consultative techniques, they link business needs with use cases.
  • Identifies compelling reasons why the client should act with a high sense of urgency to invest in a solution like the one offered.
  • Has a panoramic vision of the market that they use to develop prioritization plans based on industry potential, service investment history, and affinity with the solutions portfolio.
  • Understands the client's value chain, their main differentiators in the market, as well as strategic challenges including the behavior of their competitors.
  • Develops business relationships with decision-makers beyond the responsible department.
  • Builds high-value proposals that include success stories, industry needs, and the team's technical knowledge.
  • Applies the company's proprietary solution sales methodology to drive the development of their opportunities.
