The Mondeville site is an R&D and production center specializing in the design and manufacture of sensors (oil level sensors, Temperature / Pressure / Air intake / Position sensors, etc.).
The Mondeville site is looking for its Accounting Manager (M/F).
Under the responsibility of the Site Financial Controller, you will supervise the accounting team.
Your challenges?
- Supervise the preparation of statutory accounts and monthly financial reports in accordance with IFRS standards.
- Issue financial statements and tax returns;
- Ensure the preparation of monthly closing files with appropriate supporting documents.
- Control and manage all payroll entries and regularizations and the payroll interface in SAP.
- Oversee the preparation and ensure relevant documentation for external auditors and tax controllers.
- Participate in reviews with external auditors.
- Reconcile IFRS/Statutory Capital.
- Supervise the preparation and ensure accurate reporting in RS GPS and the tax file.
- Supervise complete accounting ledgers (receivables, payables, fixed assets, general).
- Promote, explain, control the internal control framework within their scope. Monitor and manage internal control improvement plans to mitigate risks.
- Update accounting procedures.
- Handle documentation for grants, tax credits, and subsidies.
- Perform cash flow monitoring.
- Manage and control accounting entries (invoicing, payment, bookkeeping, provisions, inventories, fixed assets, etc.);
- Manage the monthly tax burden and annual income tax returns.
- Coordinate information on all changes in local accounting and tax regulatory principles.
- Ensure the application of health, safety, environment, and quality rules on site and more particularly within their scope.
- Ensure that anyone entering their scope complies with applicable rules and standards.
- Support finance department employees in training and career development.
- Implement electronic invoicing.
- Work on the adoption and automation of artificial intelligence (AI).
- Manage extra-financial reporting obligations.

With a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance/Accounting or significant professional experience in Accounting, ideally in an industrial environment, you have knowledge in strategic audit, leadership, strategic transformation, and corporate governance. You speak professional English.
