Job Summary

TransUnion offers a welcoming and energetic environment for its Summer Internship Program, encouraging collaboration and innovation. This paid 12-week internship, starting in May or June 2026, allows students to develop skills through career development workshops, networking events, and guest speakers. Interns will assist the Global Collections team in managing the order-to-cash process, documenting policies, supporting process improvement, and reconciling legacy account issues, gaining exposure to A/R systems and global collections technology.

Must Have

  • Must be graduating by June 2027 or earlier with relevant course work in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic proficiency with Excel

  • Basic understanding of the Order-to-cash cycle

Our Summer Internship Program at TransUnion will allow you to use & develop the skills you've learned in school while participating in engaging events such as: career development workshops, networking events, and guest speakers throughout this paid 12-week internship beginning in May 18, 2026 or June 15, 2026, depending on academic calendar.

What You'll Bring:

  • Must be graduating by June 2027 or earlier with relevant course work in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields

  • Basic understanding of the Order-to-cash cycle (preferred)

Impact You'll Make:

The Global Collections team manages TransUnion’s order-to-cash process, including billing, payment reconciliation, and process standardization across multiple business units. The team plays a critical role in maintaining accurate documentation, implementing new solutions, and standardizing processes.

  • Assist in documenting policies, procedures, and workflows for collections and order-to-cash processes.
  • Help organize and maintain a centralized repository of training materials and process documentation.
  • Participate in team training sessions, capturing updates and ensuring materials are current.
  • Support process improvement initiatives by analyzing gaps and suggesting enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the team to reconcile legacy account issues from recent acquisitions.
  • Gain exposure to A/R systems and learn how technology supports global collections.

The pay range for this role is $19.00 - $22.00 per hour. *The pay range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but limited to) an individual’s education and experience.
