The company is seeking an Administration Manager to oversee various aspects of office operations, including people administration, finance coordination, and executive support. The ideal candidate will bring structure and efficiency to the Madrid office, ensuring smooth operations and meticulous handling of tasks. The role requires a proactive individual with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for building a great company in a fast-paced environment.

We target the logistics industry which relies heavily on communication to book, check on, & pay for freight. Primarily working with freight brokers, 3PLs, freight forwarders, shippers, warehouses, & other supply chain enterprises and tech startups.

We raised a Series A round from a16z and YC and we’re growing very fast.

About the Role:

As our Admin Manager, you’ll work across multiple areas: people admin, finance coordination, office management, and executive support. You’ll ensure things get done, stay on track, and never fall through the cracks. You’ll bring structure where there’s chaos and act as the calm, competent center of the Madrid office.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years experience in administrative, operations, or office management roles

  • Experience supporting finance and people operations in a fast-paced or startup environment

  • Extremely organized, efficient, and reliable — you get things done

  • High attention to detail — nothing escapes you

  • Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information

  • Comfortable working independently and handling many things at once

  • Fluent in Spanish and English

  • Skilled with Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and basic finance tools
