Job Description

Global Delivery is responsible for the delivery of products to customers in support of client marketing campaigns, account risk management, and depersonalized analytical data requests. This position is accountable for delivery of transactional, batch and self-serve solutions for internal & external customers within service level agreements, ensuring good quality outputs and reports are produced and delivered to clients through processing and loading of requests as per client requirements.
Good To Have:
  • Familiarity with credit bureau offerings
  • Experience with programming and data manipulation languages (Ab Initio, Unix, SQL)
  • Basic knowledge of Autosys or other scheduling tools
Must Have:
  • Deliver service excellence for Batch order fulfilment
  • Perform pre-validations and engage with Customer engagement and Sales teams
  • Produce good quality output within specified turnaround times
  • Validate batch fulfilment system setup and output- data extraction, cleansing & validation
  • Review and process work requests using internally developed tools
  • Ensure good quality input data is processed to achieve a high match rate
  • Demonstrate good understanding of the business, domain and products
  • Identify where to improve efficiency and / or quality of processes
  • Adhere to documented processes and contribute to documentation reviews
  • Ensure queries and complaints are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Adherence to KPI metrics/ goals
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations research, or equivalent field
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective interpersonal and communication style
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment
  • Ability to plan and organise workload with guidance
  • Ability to problem solve efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Good time management skills

level agreements. This is done through processing and loading of requests as per client requirements, thereby ensuring that good quality

outputs and reports are produced and delivered to clients.

What You'll Bring:

Key Tasks & Accountabilities:

  • Deliver service excellence for Batch order fulfilment
  • Perform pre-validations and engage with Customer engagement and Sales teams to understand the requirements and to address major anomalies that would impact quality.
  • Produce good quality output within specified turnaround times to facilitate better credit decision-making by clients. Ensure any data related concerns are addressed before delivering to the customers.
  • Validate batch fulfilment system setup and output- data extraction, cleansing & validation (using Ab-Initio on UNIX platform), based on requirements from the customer.
  • Review and process work requests using internally developed tools to ensure all requirements are met.
  • Ensure that good quality input data is processed to achieve a high match rate.
  • Demonstrate good understanding of the business, domain and products.
  • Identify where to improve efficiency and / or quality of processes.
  • Adhere to documented processes and contribute to documentation reviews.
  • Ensure queries and complaints are dealt with in a timely manner.

What you will bring?

Essential

  • 0-2 years of Experience in Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations research, or other equivalent field with a track record
  • of academic excellence.
  • A passion for service excellence.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication style with the ability to interact at multiple levels within and outside the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and also effectively within a team environment.
  • Ability to plan and organise workload with guidance.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
