Job Description

The Associate Director of Enterprise Solution Sales (Thailand) is responsible for Appier's enterprise business in Thailand. Key responsibilities include leading an in-country field sales team, exceeding sales quotas, independently evangelizing and selling enterprise solutions, managing the entire deal process, providing guidance to junior team members, building relationships with key accounts, and enhancing Appier's market presence in Thailand. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, fluency in English and Thai, proven sales experience in SaaS-based analytics or marketing systems, and a track record of exceeding sales targets.
Must have:
  • Fluent in English and Thai
  • 7-10 years of software sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience in SaaS-based offerings, ideally in Analytics, DMP, or Marketing systems
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to various audiences

Appier was established in 2012 by a passionate team of computer scientists and engineers with expertise in AI, data analysis, distributed systems, and marketing.

About the role
The Associate Director of Enterprise Solution Sales(Thailand) is responsible for Appier’s enterprise business in Thailand.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a team leader, leading an in country field sales team, responsible for overall country(TH) signings quota and individual quota (Hybrid Player Coach Role)
  • Able to evangelise and sell Appier’s enterprise solutions to prospective customers independently, having solid ability to manage the entire deal process from prospecting, qualification to negotiation and closure; Able to provide direction and guidance to junior team members on deal progression to closure with established sales methodology(e.g. MEDDIC)
  • Work Thailand’s CSM, Sales and Technical team to service and upsell into Appier Thailand’s key accounts
  • Build Appier’s market presence in Thailand business ecosystem including speaker in events

About you

  • Fluent oral and written communications in English and Thai
  • Self-motivated, able to adapt to an ambiguous, fast paced scale up environment.
  • Track record in demonstrating resiliency and overcoming challenges.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of software sales experience; ideally SaaS based offerings in Analytics, DMP or Marketing systems
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding quota as an individual contributor is a must
  • Ability to communicate technical and business concepts effectively to customer’s mid/senior management as well as C-level executives
