Must have:
  • Process payroll for employees in America and Asian countries.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations for compensation, benefits, and payroll.
  • Prepare regular reports on compensation and benefits data for management review.
  • Assist in the design, calculation, and administration of incentive plans.
  • Coordinate and manage the entire employee relocation process internationally.
  • Involved in HR project initiation and execution.
  • Apply sound business and ethical judgment to safeguard company values and assets.
  • BA/BS degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, math, or statistics.
  • At least three years of full-time work experience in compensation and benefits, with a strong focus on payroll processing.
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of payroll processes and global relocation challenges.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Good business acumen.

  • Experience working in a global/multinational company.

Job Details

About the Role:

This role is responsible for managing and administering the employee payroll, compensation, benefits, and global relocation programs, to ensure that all pay and benefits are compliant with regulations and accurately processed. The role will collaborate with global colleagues, leaders and HQ HR team, and the main focus will be payroll execution for America and Asian employees and manage the employee relocation cases worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with vendors to process payroll for employees in America and Asian countries. Ensure all payroll activities, including salary, bonuses, taxes and deductions are accurate and completed on time.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant federal, state, and international labor laws and regulations related to compensation, benefits, and payroll. Prepare regular reports on compensation and benefits data for management review, and analysis to facilitate related parties in making organization improvements and/or business decisions.
  • Assist in the design, calculation, and administration of incentive plans. This includes tracking performance metrics and ensuring accurate and timely payouts. Apply effective communication strategies to employees in supporting/ solving compensation & incentive related questions and issues.
  • Coordinate and manage the entire employee relocation process to ensure a smooth transition for employees moving internationally.
  • Involved in HR project initiation and execution.
  • Apply sound business and ethical judgment to safeguard the company core values and company assets. Assess risk and flag issues timely and transparently.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, math, or statistics.
  • At least three years of full-time work experience in a compensation and benefits role, with a strong focus on payroll processing.
  • Good command of the English, both written and verbal, is essential. Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Can manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and have a deep understanding of payroll processes and global relocation challenges.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills and enjoy numbers.
  • Good business acumen and passionate/ curious about business
  • Experience working in a global/ multinational company, or experience in designing and calculating incentive plans is a significant plus.
