Associate Presales Solutions Architect - Digital Workplace Services
Job Description
- Provide presales solution architecture services for an assigned client base.
- Provide technical input into bid proposals, projects, and technical documents.
- Prepare high-quality technical documentation, including proposals and RFP responses.
- Make decisions about how solutions should be designed and implemented.
- Support the development of cost elements, resource estimates, and solution models.
- Demonstrate Unisys products and solutions for clients, remotely or onsite.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the industry and competitors.
- Work with clients to perform implementation reviews and ensure resolution of challenges.
- Provide technical feedback on equipment, systems, and processes to improve performance.
- Adhere to appropriate Unisys processes, architectural artifact requirements, and service model.
What success looks like in this role:
- Provides presales solution architecture services for an assigned client base.
- Provides technical input into bid proposals, projects and technical documents within the sales process.
- Contributes to or prepares high-quality technical documentation, including proposals, RFP responses and solution architecture diagrams.
- Contributes to or makes decisions about how solutions should be designed and implemented.
- Supports the development of cost elements and resource estimates as well as solution models.
- Demonstrates Unisys products and solutions for clients, remotely or onsite.
- Maintains a working knowledge of the industry and competitors and acts as a valuable resource for sales team members, clients and other stakeholders.
- Works with clients to perform implementation reviews and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical or procedural challenges.
- Provides technical feedback on equipment, systems and processes to improve overall sales performance and service delivery.
- Adheres to appropriate Unisys processes, architectural artifact requirements and the Unisys end-to-end service model.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 6-8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
