About the Role:
We’re looking for a bilingual (Arabic and English) and tech-savvy individual with a passion for learning and teaching to join the Sitecore Learning team. Based in Dubai, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, virtual and in-person training sessions to Sitecore customers and partners across the Middle East, with occasional travel to other parts of EMEA and Europe for customer engagements. You’ll also create digital eLearning content that supports learners worldwide, ensuring a consistent and engaging training experience.
You’ll collaborate with a global team of trainers, designers, and product experts, working across cultures and time zones while helping regional customers succeed with Sitecore’s technology. This role is ideal for someone who is early in their career, eager to grow in the technology and learning space, and enjoys presenting, teaching, and building relationships with customers.
To succeed, you should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and taking initiative to ensure every customer session runs smoothly. A background in training, instructional design, computer science, marketing, or web development would provide a strong foundation for success — but above all, we’re looking for someone curious, adaptable, and passionate about helping others learn Sitecore in both Arabic and English.
