About the Role:

We’re looking for a bilingual (Arabic and English) and tech-savvy individual with a passion for learning and teaching to join the Sitecore Learning team. Based in Dubai, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, virtual and in-person training sessions to Sitecore customers and partners across the Middle East, with occasional travel to other parts of EMEA and Europe for customer engagements. You’ll also create digital eLearning content that supports learners worldwide, ensuring a consistent and engaging training experience.

You’ll collaborate with a global team of trainers, designers, and product experts, working across cultures and time zones while helping regional customers succeed with Sitecore’s technology. This role is ideal for someone who is early in their career, eager to grow in the technology and learning space, and enjoys presenting, teaching, and building relationships with customers.

To succeed, you should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and taking initiative to ensure every customer session runs smoothly. A background in training, instructional design, computer science, marketing, or web development would provide a strong foundation for success — but above all, we’re looking for someone curious, adaptable, and passionate about helping others learn Sitecore in both Arabic and English.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver engaging in-person and virtual Business User, Marketer, and Developer training sessions to Sitecore customers and partners across the Middle East, with occasional travel to other EMEA regions.
• Develop and maintain eLearning content, video tutorials, and learning materials that make mastering Sitecore products simple, accessible, and enjoyable.
• Support learners of all levels — from marketers to developers — by delivering clear, relatable explanations in both English and Arabic.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams across Product, Marketing, and Services to ensure training aligns with product updates and customer enablement goals.
• Prepare and configure demo environments, troubleshoot technical challenges during sessions, and ensure a seamless and professional learning experience.
• Learn how modern websites and digital experiences are built — including concepts such as headless, composable, and cloud-based technologies — and help learners understand how these concepts apply within Sitecore’s products.

What You Need to Succeed

• Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences across the Middle East and beyond.
• Confidence in delivering training both in person and virtually, adapting your approach to different learner levels and cultural contexts.
• Experience creating or contributing to eLearning content, videos, or other digital learning materials that make complex topics engaging and easy to follow.
• Self-motivation and accountability, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global, remote team.
• A curious, tech-savvy mindset with enthusiasm for learning new tools, AI features, and platforms like Sitecore, while staying current on the latest digital experience trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Instructional Design, Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:

• Understanding of how modern web applications are built, from front-end frameworks like Next.js and React to .NET-based back-end development, with awareness of cloud-native, headless, and composable architectures.
• Experience producing interactive eLearning or demo-based videos using tools like Camtasia, Articulate, or AI-driven content platforms.
• Familiarity with Sitecore or other SaaS-based digital experience platforms
