Must Have
- Bachelor/master degree, preferably in finance, accounting, economics, math.
- Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in audit and assurance services.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Demonstrate ability to build meaningful relationships.
- Analytical thinking and business acumen.
- Advanced computer literacy, advanced command of MS office package.
- Advanced command of English language and grammatical skills in Albanian language.

As a Senior Associate, you will join a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry expertise. You will be equipped with the resources you will need to provide exceptional service to our clients and solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lead teams providing audit and assurance services to our clients;
Assist managers and partners in project management of a portfolio of clients;
Deliver audit work in accordance with ISAs and report within deadlines;
Coach and advise new joiners and less experienced colleagues;
Establish effective professional relationships directly with clients;
Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen;
Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues to be able to deploy information collected on your daily job;
Proactively pursue business development activities to expand service offering in the market;
Develop your internal network of relationships and contacts within the PwC network.
Requirements:
Bachelor/master degree, preferably in finance, accounting, economics, math, statistics or minor in econometrics;
Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA;
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in audit and assurance services;
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills;
Excellent leadership skills;

Advanced computer literacy, advanced command of MS office package, especially Word and Excel;
