Job Summary
The Epic Games People team is seeking an exceptional Benefits Coordinator to join their global Benefits team, focusing on Brazil. This role involves developing a comprehensive understanding of non-US benefits administration, acting as a company-wide point of contact, troubleshooting challenges, and assisting with daily benefit plan operations. The coordinator will ensure the health and well-being of the global team by addressing employee inquiries, coordinating benefit enrollment, partnering with stakeholders, and maintaining compliance with regulations like LGPD.
Must Have
- Be the first point of contact for daily benefit inquiries from Epic employees in Brazil
- Conduct benefit orientation meetings for new hires and coordinate benefit enrollment
- Coordinate and partner with stakeholders for effective benefit plan administration
- Support communications, billing, and collection
- Assist with mandatory medical exams (admission, dismissal, periodic)
- Maintain digital storage of plan documents and employee resources, ensuring HIPAA/GDPR/LGPD compliance
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English
- Two or more years of relevant experience in benefits administration with a focus on Brazilian benefits
- Understanding of standard regulations and compliance practices related to benefit plans
- Familiarity with an HRIS (Senor/Workday)
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets

What you'll do
Epic Games is looking for an exceptional Benefits Coordinator to join our global Benefits team. In this role, you will develop and utilize a comprehensive understanding of non-US benefits administration (with a focus on Brazil), act as a company-wide point of contact, troubleshoot various challenges, and assist with daily benefit plan operations. In doing so, you will play a key role in ensuring the health and well-being of our global team.
In this role, you will
- Be the first point of contact, addressing and escalating daily benefit inquiries from Epic employees in Brazil
- Conduct benefit orientation meetings for new hires and coordinate benefit enrollment (new hires, terminations, etc.)
- Coordinate, support, and partner with key stakeholders, internal and external, to ensure effective and efficient benefit plan administration (health and dental plan, pension, transport and meal vouchers, etc.)
- Support in communications, billing, and collection
- Continuous assistance with mandatory medical exams (admission, dismissal, and periodic exams)
- Maintain digital storage of plan documents and employee resources, maintaining compliance with HIPAA/GDPR/LGPD
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English
