Job Description
The Budgeting & Reporting Lead at GoMart (a GoTo Group company) plays a crucial role in scaling the business. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining weekly budgets and forecasts, monitoring P&L, collaborating with the strategy team on rolling forecasts, analyzing financial data and performance metrics, providing recommendations to leadership, conducting market sizing for new revenue streams, benchmarking against competitors, participating in strategic initiatives, and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate possesses at least 3 years of experience in financial services, corporate strategy, or consulting, strong Excel proficiency, effective communication skills, and a data-driven approach to problem-solving. This role is integral to GoMart's success in the Indonesian quick commerce grocery market.

What You Will Do
- Prepare and maintain weekly budget & forecasts and monitor daily traction across the P&L
- Collaborate with the strategy & planning team to prepare a rolling forecast
- Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to provide recommendations and updates to senior leadership for quick and accurate decision-making
- Conduct market/impact sizing for potential new revenue streams/initiatives
- Conduct competitive benchmarking with global/regional players, analyzing annual reports and other public information
- Participate in strategic initiatives and special projects related to financial planning and analysis
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and requirements
What You Will Need
- At least 3 years of experience in the financial services industry, corporate strategy roles, or consulting
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Understanding of SQL and other statistical tools is preferable
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely
- Strong business acumen with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and the ability to drive initiatives independently
- A confident communicator in verbal and written English
