Job Description

This role focuses on process optimization, reporting, data analysis, and project management within Client Management Operations at Marsh, based in Austin, TX. It's a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office. The specialist will partner with Operations, Technology, and Data teams to translate business objectives into requirements, provide insights, develop reports, and manage data needs to ensure efficient execution as the Client Management function evolves.
Must have:

  • Experience in process mapping and process design
  • Experience in design and implementation of reporting and dashboard solutions
  • Proficiency in creating and managing a SharePoint environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and other Microsoft data and productivity tools

Job Details

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Management Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in the Austin, TX. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This role will focus on process optimization, reporting, data analysis, and project management within Client Management Operations, including client onboarding, client agreements, and client account creation functions. You will work closely with partners in Operations, Technology, Data organization, and internal stakeholders to enable the team to execute efficiently as the Client Management function continues to evolve and grow.

We will count on you to:

  • Partner with Operations, Technology, and Data teams to translate business objectives and process into business requirements, and to help ensure requirements are communicated effectively to parties responsible for technical development and implementation.
  • Contribute subject matter expertise on process and data flow.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize processes.
  • Develop reports, analyze trends, and communicate findings to leaders and stakeholders.
  • Manage data and reporting needs and requests including reporting requirements, design, and delivery.
  • Project manage initiatives or work streams within the team, lead decision-making processes required to move projects along, and ensure steady and agreed-upon progress on assigned initiatives.

  • 4+ years related or relevant experience.
  • Experience in process mapping and process design.
  • Experience in design and implementation of reporting and dashboard solutions.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing a SharePoint environment, Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and other Microsoft data and productivity tools.

All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $59,600 to $126,900.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
