The Business Transformation team is seeking a passionate Business Change Consultant to drive transformative change within the organization. This role involves developing and executing business change strategies, customizing communication and training, collecting feedback, supporting end-users, designing learning techniques, monitoring business readiness, and contributing to post-implementation reviews. The consultant will also be involved in AI-driven initiatives to increase adoption and capture business benefits.
Must Have:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Change Management or Transformation
  • Ability to work independently to develop and execute change plans
  • Deep understanding of business dynamics and technology interdependencies
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Bachelor's degree and relevant professional qualifications in business change management
  • Fluent English speaker C1/C2 level
  • Build and execute change plans efficiently, focusing on people-centric strategies
  • Customize communication and training tactics according to project specifics
  • Collect feedback to measure the effectiveness of stakeholder management
  • Support end-users in transitioning to new ways of working
  • Design and implement learning techniques to ensure smooth adoption

‌As a Business Change Consultant, you'll be instrumental in developing business change strategies for initiatives of varying scales.

Key Responsibilities

‌‌‌Build and execute change plans efficiently, focusing on people-centric strategies;

Customize communication and training tactics according to project specifics;

Collect feedback to measure the effectiveness of stakeholder management;

Support end-users in transitioning to new ways of working;

Design and implement learning techniques to ensure smooth adoption;

Monitor business readiness and adjust strategies accordingly;

Flag issues that need to be addressed as per the change impact assessment;

‌Contribute to post-implementation reviews and reporting;
