Introduction to the Infrastructure Planning Department
In the Operations Promotion Division, which is responsible for all of PayPay's operations, you will be involved in promoting a series of projects from IT infrastructure construction and BPR to system implementation (requirements definition, UAT, etc.) and stabilization, working closely with each user department. Our mission is to improve the 'quality' and 'efficiency' of overall operations through the power of IT. We aim to provide more convenient and secure services to PayPay users and merchants by actively incorporating various methods such as in-house AI agent and low-code development through infrastructure construction.
Background of Recruitment
PayPay is continuously planning new businesses and initiatives, while simultaneously working to strengthen operational robustness. Furthermore, the group-wide utilization of generative AI is also active. In this business environment, there is a shortage of personnel who can meet the IT infrastructure construction needs of this department, and this recruitment aims to resolve this issue through an increase in staff.
Specific Job Duties
You will be responsible for planning and defining requirements for advanced solution introductions, primarily AI-driven automation in the operations domain.
- Planning: Analyzing complex business processes and planning the introduction of solutions where multiple AI agents collaborate to perform tasks (creating planning documents, creating requirements definitions).
- AI Agent Planning: Planning, requirements definition, and testing of AI agents responsible for each business task.
- Orchestration: Planning/designing the orchestration layer that governs the coordination and communication between agents. Defining and managing workflow execution.
- Evaluation and Improvement: Formulating performance evaluation metrics for developed AI agent systems and implementing continuous improvements.
- Technology Research: Researching and introducing the latest frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.) and tools related to AI agents.

Required Experience/Skills
- Project management experience at a business company or consulting firm.
- Practical experience in system planning and project management from scratch.

Desirable Experience/Skills
- Experience using workflow automation tools such as Dify, n8n, or Apache AirFlow.
- Experience in designing and implementing logic (thought processes) to control task execution plans and tool usage.
- Knowledge and experience in asynchronous processing and microservice architecture.
- Knowledge of multimodal AI and autonomous agents.

- Super Flex System (no core time)
- Principle: 9:00 AM - 5:45 PM (7 hours 45 minutes actual work + 1 hour break)
