Job Summary
NVIDIA is seeking a CAD Tools Infrastructure Admin to join a dynamic software development team. This role focuses on site reliability engineering and systems administration across bare metal, VMs, containers, and Kubernetes, as well as end-user machine applications. Key responsibilities include modernizing legacy systems to reduce overhead and enhancing system and application security through credential management and isolation. The position requires experience in Linux & Windows administration, scripting, and networking, contributing to NVIDIA's mission in AI and accelerated computing.
Must Have
- Join a dynamic and multi-functional software development team.
- Emphasis on Site reliability engineering and Systems administration for diverse infrastructure.
- Develop and implement a modernization plan for legacy systems.
- Help improve security posture of systems and applications.
- BSEE / CS / Dipl. Ing or equivalent experience.
- Experience in site reliability engineering for over 3 years.
- Linux & Windows administration and scripting experience.
- Networking experience.
Good to Have
- Familiarity with Hashi corp vault.
- Familiarity with Code signing.
- Familiarity with Gitlab runners.
- Familiarity with Zabbix.
- Familiarity with ZTNA.
- Familiarity with Web application firewalls (cloudflare).

What you'll be doing:
- Joining a dynamic and multi-functional software development team that supports core product development at NVIDIA.
- Emphasis on Site reliability engineering and Systems administration for diverse infrastructure including Bare Metal, VMs, containers, and Kubernetes, plus end user machine applications.
- Modernizing: Develop and implement a modernization plan for legacy systems to be upgraded, consolidated, etc., with a focus on reducing maintenance and operational overhead.
- Security: Help improve security posture of systems and applications. Credential management, application isolation, etc.
What we need to see:
- BSEE / CS / Dipl. Ing or equivalent experience.
- Experience in site reliability engineering for over 3 years
- Linux & Windows administration and scripting experience
- Networking experience

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 136,000 USD - 212,750 USD.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
