This role, Case Manager, focuses on the operational aspects of pre-litigation, ensuring cases progress efficiently. Responsibilities include opening claims, managing medical and police reports, resolving lien issues, and preparing cases for demand drafting, all to provide attorneys with complete and timely information.
Must Have:

This Role

Case Managers ensure cases move forward quickly and comprehensively. You’ll focus on the operational heart of pre-litigation—opening claims, managing medical record requests, securing police reports, and resolving lien issues—so attorneys can work with complete, timely information.

What You'll Do:

Legal Operations is responsible for delivering exceptional outcomes for our law firm partners and their injured clients with precision, speed & care. At Finch, we’re building a team of the top 1% of legal operators with experience from law firms across America, and enabling them with next-generation technology to serve more clients, with more humanity.

Compensation

$70,000 – $100,000 annual salary + equity
