As a Channel Service Planner at AppleCare, you will be responsible for channel inventory planning, identifying and analyzing demand trends, and managing the stock replenishment process. This involves ensuring the right parts are available at the right time and at competitive costs for retail stores, authorized service providers, repair centers, and enterprise service engagements. You will contribute to a service supply chain focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role requires a highly analytical, motivated, and hard-working individual with a strong channel planning background, especially within a fast-paced, high-product-mix environment.

AppleCare Service is looking for a highly analytical, motivated, hard-working individual with a strong channel planning background in fast-pace, high-product-mix environment. You will lead the channel inventory planning, identify and analyze demand trends at both macro and micro levels, and run the stock replenishment process for our Retail stores, Authorized Service Providers, Repair Centers and Enterprise service engagements.
