CMMS Methods Technician M/F/NB (1-year fixed-term contract)

Every day, our Maintenance department faces exciting technical challenges. Our sole aim is to ensure the smooth operation of all activities, attractions, and buildings across the parks, Disney Village, and our hotels, thereby allowing our visitors to enjoy themselves safely throughout the year. We are seeking a Methods Technician – M/F/NB - Fixed-term contract. Reporting to one of our FOS Maintenance Program Support Managers within our Methods Department, you will be the guarantor of the CMMS for your assigned technical scope. You will ensure the level of safety, reliability, maintainability, and operational performance that Disneyland Paris is committed to providing its guests, while adhering to the five key principles: Safety, Courtesy, Inclusion, Show, and Efficiency.

Must Have

• Coding and integration of all equipment into the CMMS for all maintenance trades within your scope
• Updating and creation of Maintenance Plans for all maintenance trades within your scope
• Scheduling of Preventive Maintenance in accordance with the maintenance plan and equipment availability
• Ensuring updates of CMMS-related modifications within your technical scope
• Analysis of preventive, corrective work data and completion level to propose improvements (Reporting)
• Participation in the implementation of Operational Safety.
• Daily use of CMMS tools (SAP/MAXIMO) to support internal clients in the proper execution of maintenance plans.
• Reporting and analysis on maintenance activities and the CMMS department.
• Ideally BAC+2 technical training (maintenance, mechanics, Methods)
• At least 4 years of experience in a maintenance function, in an industrial environment and/or Methods Department.
• Proficiency in IT tools (Office Pack).
• Possess writing skills.
• Interpersonal skills allowing easy dialogue with various stakeholders.

Your profile:

Ideally BAC+2 technical training (maintenance, mechanics, Methods), you have at least 4 years of experience in a maintenance function, in an industrial environment and/or Methods Department.

You are proficient in IT tools (Office Pack). You possess writing skills.

Your interpersonal skills allow you to easily communicate with different stakeholders. Technical English would be a plus for this position.
