The Construction Manager will be responsible for supervising water transmission lines projects, pipelines, and water storage tanks, along with associated equipment. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and extensive experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the supervision of large water transmission systems, with specific experience in Saudi Arabia and SWCC projects being highly desirable. The Construction Manager will oversee all aspects of construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They will also be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and clients. The role requires adherence to safety regulations and quality control measures. The candidate should also be able to manage project teams effectively, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes. Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers is mandatory.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
Experience in water transmission lines projects.

Good to have:

Experience with SWCC projects.
Registration with Saudi Council of Engineers.

Job Description

The construction manager shall have a bachelor degree in civil engineering with 20 years of experience in the supervision of water transmission lines projects, pipelines and water storage tank and associated equipment. Additional experience in Saudi Arabia with large water transmission systems with SWCC is considered a plus.

For a Saudi national, an experience of 15 years in the supervision of similar projects or 10 years of experience in similar projects with a master degree.

Previous experience working for any SWCC water transmission project is a plus.

Saudi Council of Engineers registration is mandatory.
