Creation&Video Distribution Manager

The Creation&Video Distribution Manager will be responsible for selecting, preparing, and distributing various video fragments, including shorts and longer forms, from Ringier Axel Springer Polska's video program portfolio. This role involves preparing video file editing orders, actively acquiring video materials from editorial offices, and participating in on-set work to create additional video content like shorts and quick interviews. A crucial part of the job is monitoring video performance results and conducting thorough analysis of both social media and SEO trends to optimize content distribution strategies and reach a wider audience.

Must Have

• Very good knowledge of Google/YouTube, Meta, TikTok ecosystems
• Editing basics
• Knowledge of graphic editing
• Knowledge of working with a phone camera
• Good knowledge of SEO
• Flexibility in approach to tasks
• Good interpersonal skills

Good to Have

• Knowledge of AI development trends
• Knowledge of social media other than YouTube, Meta, TikTok

Responsibilities:

• Selecting and preparing video fragments (short, longer forms) from video programs from the RASP portfolio
• Preparing video file editing orders
• Distributing video fragments
• Acquiring video materials from editorial offices
• On-set work - creating additional video materials in the form of shorts, quick questions, working with the editorial team
