Job Summary
As a Delivery Project Manager within CNCC (Condé Nast Commercial Creative), you will join the Delivery team, responsible for implementing media campaigns across our titles (Vogue, Vanity Fair, AD, GQ) using various digital formats. You will coordinate campaigns from preparation to launch, working closely with clients and internal teams (editorial, creative strategy, DMS, production, events, etc.). Your role involves managing client relationships, planning, budget tracking, campaign publication, and administrative tasks.
Must Have
- Participate in kick-off meetings to frame projects internally and prepare campaigns.
- Coordinate with editorial and all involved teams for smooth and coherent campaign execution.
- Be the primary client contact, managing content validation and ensuring quality of deliverables.
- For events, be the main client contact before, during, and after the event for all associated deliverables.
- Develop retro-planning and ensure deadlines are met.
- Monitor amplification budget allocation across planned channels.
- Supervise campaign publication on various platforms (website, social media, newsletters).
- Update activity dashboards, manage invoices, and track accounting imputations.
- Master 2 degree (communication / marketing-advertising / digital school).
- First experience in a media agency or ad network.
- Highly organized, rigorous, and with a sense of priorities.
- Good stress management and ability to work in a challenging environment.
- Good level of English.

Reporting to CNCC (Condé Nast Commercial Creative), you will join the Delivery team, responsible for implementing media campaigns across our titles (Vogue, Vanity Fair, AD, GQ) via a wide variety of digital formats.
As a Delivery Project Manager, you will ensure the overall coordination of campaigns, from preparation to launch, in close liaison with clients and internal teams (editorial, creative strategy, DMS, production, events, etc.).
Your main responsibilities:
Brief and coordination of internal teams
- Participation in the kick-off: you receive the brief from the commercial, strategic and/or event teams in order to frame the project internally and effectively prepare the campaign
- Coordination with the editorial teams and all teams involved in the project (events, creative strategists, production, DMS, artistic direction, etc.) to ensure fluid and coherent execution of the campaign
Client management
- Privileged point of contact for clients, you manage the different content validation phases and guarantee the quality and conformity of deliverables
- For events, you are the main client contact before, during and after the event for all associated deliverables (videos, articles, social posts, etc.)
- Post-event report with KPIs and areas for improvement.
Construction of schedules and monitoring of amplification budgets
- Development of retro-planning and guarantee of compliance with deadlines
- Monitoring of the allocation of amplification budgets across the various planned channels
Campaign launch
- Supervise the publication of campaigns on various media in collaboration with internal teams: website, social networks, newsletters, etc.
Administrative and financial monitoring
- Update activity dashboards, prepare freelance vouchers, manage service provider invoices and ensure monitoring of accounting imputations
Profile sought:
- MASTER 2 degree (communication / marketing-advertising / digital school)
- First experience in a media agency or ad network desired
- Highly organized, rigorous and with a sense of priorities
