Job Description
Your role
As a Customer Care Representative, you are the first point of contact for our customers. With your smooth communication and customer-oriented approach, you ensure that every question or challenge is handled quickly and correctly. This way, you contribute to an excellent customer experience and help build sustainable relationships.
What you do
- You help our customers. You answer questions and requests via various channels and ensure a quick, correct, and friendly follow-up.
- You keep everything tidy. You register customer data, documents, and communication in our systems, so we always have the correct information.
- You take ownership. You manage customer service for a specific customer portfolio and ensure smooth cooperation and satisfied customers.
- You think along with the team. You share insights about customers and opportunities with colleagues from Sales and Customer Care to continuously improve our operations.
- You represent TVH. At fairs and events, you talk to customers about their needs and our solutions, and help create new opportunities.
- You see opportunities. You recognize potential cross- and upselling moments and engage the right colleagues to further support the customer.
- You support our digital channels. You help customers to optimally use our eCommerce tools and stimulate their digital self-reliance.
- You contribute to improvement. You participate in projects and bring ideas to strengthen our processes and customer experience.
- You grow with us. You share knowledge with colleagues and continue to develop yourself through training and on-the-job coaching.
What we expect from you
- You are communicatively strong and think in solutions.
- You work accurately and love structure.
- You feel good in a team and enjoy helping others forward.
- You speak fluent Dutch and English (other languages are a plus).
- Experience with customer contact or administration is a plus.
