Job Description

As a Customer Care Employee with a focus on Key Account Coordination, you will be the central interface between Trek's key retail partners, internal departments, and the field sales team. You will ensure optimal support for key accounts, smooth order and logistics processing, and consistent utilization of efficiency potentials. Your organizational talent, service understanding, and strategic thinking will significantly contribute to delighting customers and strengthening long-term partnerships.
Good To Have:
  • Basic knowledge of ERP and PIM systems
  • Technical understanding in the field of bicycles and e-bikes
Must Have:
  • Independent support and development of key accounts in the DACH region as the primary contact person
  • Handling and administration of the entire order process
  • Maintenance of article and customer data in online systems
  • Close collaboration with sales, field service, logistics, IT, and accounting
  • Creation of reports on sales, forecasts, and customer activities for management
  • Active support for technical and sales-related questions
  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Experience in Customer Care, Key Account Management, or internal sales
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Strategic thinking and high process affinity
  • Very good German language skills, written and spoken
  • Good English language skills to collaborate with international teams
  • Friendly, open, and service-oriented personality with strong team spirit
  • High resilience and calmness even in hectic situations
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style

As a Customer Care Employee with a focus on Key Account Coordination, you are the central interface between our most important retail partners, internal departments, and our field sales team. You ensure that our Key Accounts are optimally supported, order and logistics processes are handled smoothly, and potentials for efficiency improvement are consistently utilized. With your organizational talent, your service understanding, and your strategic thinking, you significantly contribute to delighting our customers and strengthening long-term partnerships.

Your Main Tasks

  • Independent support and further development of our Key Accounts in the DACH region as the primary contact person.
  • Handling and administration of the entire order process – from order entry to scheduling and delivery.
  • Maintenance of article and customer data in online systems as well as approval and management of order contracts.
  • Close collaboration with sales, field service, logistics, IT, and accounting to ensure a smooth order and payment process.
  • Creation of reports on sales, forecasts, and customer activities for management.
  • Active support for technical and sales-related questions, as well as participation in the optimization of internal processes.

Your Profile

  • Professional:
  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification.
  • Experience in Customer Care, Key Account Management, or internal sales – ideally in the bicycle industry or a similar environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Strategic thinking and high process affinity.
  • Basic knowledge of ERP and PIM systems is an advantage.
  • Technical understanding in the field of bicycles and e-bikes is an advantage.
  • Languages:
  • Very good German language skills, written and spoken.
  • Good English language skills to collaborate with international teams (e.g., IT, warehouse).
  • Personal:
  • Friendly, open, and service-oriented personality with strong team spirit.
  • High resilience and calmness even in hectic situations.
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style.
