Job Description

The Partner Compliance Screenings Analyst is responsible for end-to-end execution of Third Party screenings in line with Philips procedures and systems. The role involves leveraging Artificial intelligence-driven screening and analytical tools to identify and assess third-party risks, interpreting the results within Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, and Export Control & Sanctions frameworks, and driving mitigation efforts with internal stakeholders.

  • Perform targeted multilingual desktop research
  • Assess compliance, legal, and operational risks of third parties
  • Drive mitigation efforts with internal stakeholders
  • Ensure thorough documentation and traceable reporting
  • Determine final screening outcome
  • Collaborate across functions to manage sensitive cases
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements
  • Background in law, compliance, due diligence, third-party risk management, or related fields
  • Knowledge of Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, and Export Control & Sanctions regulations and principles
  • Fluency in English
  • High integrity and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills with attention to detail
  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Law, Business Administration, International Relations, Enterprise Risk Management or equivalent
  • 2–5 years of experience in KYC checks, Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, and Export Control & Sanctions regulations and principles

Job Location: First preference – Gurgaon; second preference – Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai, or Pune.

In your role you will:

  • Conduct third-party screening using artificial intelligence tools, complemented by targeted multilingual desktop research, aligned with Philips’ compliance standards.
  • Assess compliance, legal, and operational risks of third parties, contextualizing findings by country and industry.
  • Drive mitigation efforts with internal stakeholders, ensuring thorough documentation and traceable reporting, and determine final screening outcome.
  • Collaborate across functions to manage sensitive cases and ensure smooth coordination.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management with clarity and impact.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency, and data quality.

You are the right fit if you have:

  • Background in law, compliance, due diligence, third-party risk management, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, and Export Control & Sanctions regulations and principles.
  • Fluency in English; additional language is a plus.
  • High integrity and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with knowledge of Power BI, or Copilot is an advantage.

Minimum required Education:

Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Law, Business Administration, International Relations, Enterprise Risk Management or equivalent.

Minimum Required Experience:

Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years of experience in KYC checks, Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, and Export Control & Sanctions regulations and principles.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
