Data Scientist - Algorithm (Model Algorithm Direction)
Job Description
- Master's degree preferred.
- Experience in the casual gaming industry preferred.
- Project experience in user profiling, operations research, or economic modeling preferred.
- Familiarity with big data processing and distributed computing preferred.
- Excellent problem abstraction, model optimization, and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Responsible for modeling tasks such as user segmentation, product recommendation, lifecycle prediction, churn warning, and value assessment in gaming scenarios.
- Develop and optimize matching mechanisms, balance algorithms, and dynamic pricing strategies to enhance game experience and monetization efficiency.
- Build reusable algorithm frameworks and service deployments to support scaled application across multiple game projects.
- Explore cutting-edge applications of LLM, machine learning, and causal inference in game experimentation and intelligent operations.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in data science or machine learning algorithms.
- Proficient in Python (Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) and common data science tool stack.
- Solid foundation in machine learning and statistical modeling, familiar with causal inference, reinforcement learning, operations research.
- Strong algorithm engineering capabilities, familiar with distributed computing (Spark) and deployment processes.
