Job Summary
Responsible for the full-process supervision of game IP derivative products, ensuring design content aligns with project tone and IP core settings, and accurately controlling the visual style and detail performance. Collaborate with designers and suppliers to review and optimize graphic design, material craftsmanship, and packaging structure, ensuring consistency between design drawings and final products. Independently complete quality supervision of auxiliary content like packaging color boxes and instruction manuals. Monitor market trends and user needs, propose optimization suggestions for derivative product design, and drive product innovation and experience improvement.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree or above in Visual Communication, Industrial Design, Product Design, or related majors
- 3+ years of experience in animation/game/cultural and creative derivative product supervision or design
- Familiar with the entire process from design to mass production of derivative products
- Proficient in common derivative product materials, processes, and production standards (e.g., paper printed matter, acrylic, metal badges)
- Able to accurately judge design draft feasibility and provide professional optimization suggestions
- Proficient in design software like PS, AI
- Possess basic drawing skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit
- Strong ability to work under pressure and sense of responsibility
- Personal portfolio with 3+ complete derivative product supervision cases (demonstrating supervision process and outcome comparison)

4. Monitor market trends and user needs, propose optimization suggestions for derivative product design based on IP characteristics, and drive product innovation and experience improvement.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Visual Communication, Industrial Design, Product Design, or related majors, with over 3 years of experience in animation/game/cultural and creative derivative product supervision or design, familiar with the entire process from design to mass production of derivative products.
1. Proficient in common derivative product materials and processes such as paper printed matter, acrylic, metal badges, and production standards, able to accurately judge the feasibility of design drafts and provide professional optimization suggestions.
2. Proficient in design software such as PS, AI, with basic drawing skills, able to quickly understand design intent and identify potential problems.
3. Possess excellent communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit, able to efficiently liaise with design, production, and project teams to ensure smooth product launch.
4. Have a strong interest in game IP and the derivative product industry, with strong ability to work under pressure and a sense of responsibility.
