The Digital Marketing Manager at Tinder, in partnership with Tinder APAC, will lead performance marketing efforts. This role involves optimizing campaign performance to meet business objectives and staying updated on new tools, partners, tactics, and market trends to uncover growth opportunities. The manager is expected to adapt rapidly to business signals in strategy, planning, and content. They must also communicate campaign performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders. The job involves collaborating with the Tinder APAC team to execute digital marketing strategies and achieve specific marketing objectives.
Must have:
- 4+ years digital marketing experience.
- Experience with analytics and measurement systems.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Good command of English and Korean.

Comfortable with a culture of always-on testing and learning, including the rapid application of business signals into strategy, planning, and content iteration
Communicate with stakeholders and make recommendations by identifying key insights from campaign performance
Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
4+ years of proven experience in the digital marketing field in the capacity of a Performance Marketing Specialist or a similar position.
Comfortable working with analytics, attribution, and measurement systems
Strong analytics skills and a data-driven mindset
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
A good command of spoken and written English and Korean is mandatory
